2000 Girls Brossard Tournament Champions

In scorching heat and unbelievable humidex values, the 2000 Girls took the Challenge Brossard U18 female division by storm this weekend in Quebec!  They dominated their first game Saturday afternoon with a score of 6-0 against Brossard. The game was deemed complete at 37 minutes with the referee invoking the “mercy rule” whereby a tournament game is ended automatically with a goal differential of 6.  After an enjoyable evening of touring Old Montreal, the girls went on to win their 2nd game 3-0 on Sunday afternoon regardless of the unrelenting heat.  At 6 PM, the 2000 Girls followed it up with a championship domination of 5-0 over Hamilton Sparta, taking home the title of Tournament Champions for the U18 Female Division.  Way to go girls! Another great accomplishment for your last year in Youth Soccer. We are so proud of you!
