Outdoor 2010 House League

Player registration can be done in person only. Form not available online.

Open Registration Dates:
Saturday January 23, 10am to 2pm
Saturday February 13, 10am to 2pm
Saturday March 6, 10am to 2pm
All open dates are in the Richmond Green Sports Centre at 1300 Elgin Mills Rd. E.

Early Bird Fee: $190.00
Full Fee: $215.00 after March 6th, 2010

Registrations taken during regular office hours  >> in the Clubhouse.

Request Policy: The following are terms which must be met in order for a request to be guaranteed:

  • a player may only request one other player
  • the request must be reciprocated
  • requests must be made at the time of registration
  • request deadline is March 20, 2010

    No requests will be accepted after March 20.
    Any request that does not meet the above Policy will not be guaranteed.
    No changes will be made for requests that do not meet the Policy.
    Appeals to the Policy must be made in writing to the Club.

    Refund Policy:

    All requests to have a player withdraw from a program must be made in writing clearly stating the player’s name, the age and team currently registered with (if known) and the reason for the withdrawal.  All requests must be mailed or delivered to the Club.  Withdrawal and refund requests will not be handled over the telephone. 

     

    Consideration for refund requests will be given according to the following guidelines:

    Refund request received up to and including the second week of the program.

    Written notification is received up to and including the second week of the program.

    Receive a refund less a $75 administration fee.

    Refund request received after the second week of program.

    Written notification is received after the second week of the program.

    No refund or credit will be issued.

    Program is cancelled.

    A player cannot be accommodated due to divisions being full, insufficient enrolment in a program, or other reasons as determined by the Club.

    A full refund will be made.

    Participant is removed from the program by the Club.

    A player is removed from the program by the Club due to discipline, breach of Club Policies or other issues.

    No refund or credit will be issued.

    Participant can no longer attend due to medical reasons.

    Written notification is received.  A doctor’s note must accompany the request for withdrawal for a refund to be considered.

    A pro-rated refund for any games remaining as of the date the refund request is received, accompanied by a doctor’s note.

     

     

    Submission of a refund request does not guarantee a refund.  Please allow four to six weeks for refund processing.  Note that non-attendance does not constitute a notice of withdrawal.

  • May 13: Coach clinic: For coaches working with U8 to U11, 7pm-8:30pm outside on Richmond Green Junior soccer field
  • May 20: Coach clinic: For coaches working with U4 to U7, 7pm-8:30pm outside on Richmond Green Junior soccer field
  • May 29: Outdoor season begins
