With a combined legacy of providing recreational and competitive soccer programs to the City of Richmond Hill for over 55 years, the Richmond Hill Soccer Club (RHSC) and Oak Ridges Soccer Club (ORSC) are excited to announce that we are merging our organizations. By becoming one entity, we will serve our community by providing the best comprehensive offering of soccer programs for all ages and abilities. With our love of the game, we strongly believe that this move is going to be better for both organizations as we navigate the changing sports landscape and the impact COVID has had on our community.

Joining forces allows us to build from each other’s strengths, both on and off the field. From improving operational efficiency to developing all players, coaches and volunteers, our goal is to excel in all we do while creating positive experiences for everyone involved. Together as one organization, we will be able to use our combined resources and experience to contribute to our community.

“This is an exciting time for both organizations. When we get past COVID, we will be uniquely positioned to provide all our customers with a full range of programs,” said Diarmuid Salvadori, President of RHSC. “This combination will provide our organization stability and access to resources from a Canada National Youth License holder. It opens up new pathways and opportunities for our players,” said Tony Barbieri, President of ORSC.

By working together under one roof, we will create opportunities for our players, coaches, staff, volunteers and sponsors for years to come. We look forward to everyone coming together and being a part of this new and exciting chapter!
