Quinoa Salad

- 1 cup quinoa   
½ red onion 
- 2 cups water 
½ cup crumbled feta
- 2 sticks of celery        
2-3 Roma tomatoes, de-seeded
- 1 apple 
Olive oil
2 carrots
Sea Salt

  1. Place quinoa and water in a pot; bring to boil 
  2. Boil for 10 minutes then drain any excess water
  3. Finely chop all the vegetables and combine everything in a bowl
  4. Dress with olive oil and sea salt
  5. Enjoy!
