Become a Competitive Coach

Are you passionate about soccer and eager to make a difference in the development of young athletes? Richmond Hill Soccer Club (RHSC) is always looking for dedicated coaches to join our competitive programs. Whether you're just starting your coaching journey or have years of experience, we offer pathways to help you grow and succeed at all levels of the game.

Coaching Pathways at RHSC

At RHSC, we have three key levels of competitive coaching:

Grassroots Competitive (U8–U13)

Our Grassroots Competitive Program focuses on developing technical skills and fostering a love for the game in younger athletes. Coaches in this program are critical in shaping the foundation of players’ soccer development, while ensuring they learn the game in a positive and engaging environment. You will play an essential role in creating dynamic training sessions that emphasize fun, growth, and teamwork.

U14+ Competitive Program

As players move into their teen years, the competitive environment becomes more focused on tactical understanding, advanced technical skills, and mental resilience. Our U13+ Competitive Program is ideal for coaches who want to lead young athletes through this transition and prepare them for higher levels of competition.

High Performance Program

The High Performance Program offers a platform for elite athletes to excel at provincial, national, and even international levels through our OPDL and League1 Ontario teams. Coaches in this program work with some of the top talent in the region, pushing their limits while emphasizing the balance between technical precision and tactical execution.
