Small Group Training
Transform your game with RHSC Academy's Small Group Training, a dynamic environment designed to foster tactical understanding and collaborative skill development.
Sharpen your decision-making through realistic game scenarios, refine communication and teamwork, and elevate your technical abilities with focused coaching in a competitive, supportive setting. Training includes tactical awareness drills, small-sided games (up to 3v3), and positional play exercises.

Session Structure
1. 'Free Swim' Warm-up & Theme Introduction (6 mins)
- Dynamic movements and ball familiarization exercises for players to prepare physically and mentally. Highlighting objectives related to the session’s theme – basic field and activity outline.
2. Theme Technical Activity (20 mins)
- Unopposed activities to establish and refine technical execution of various parts of the game in game-realistic settings.
3. Theme Directional Activity (20 mins)
- Unopposed or opposed activities to establish and refine game patterns of play.
4. Skill Activity (10 mins)
- Opposed activities that increase the decision-making capability and technical execution under pressure.
5. Cool-Down & Reflection (4 mins)
- Light stretching and guided discussion about key learnings.
Price
Outdoor season - $345 per player for 6 weeks (1 session per week, 60 minutes per session).
Indoor season - $445 per player for 6 weeks (1 session per week, 55 minutes per session).
