Ontario Soccer Section 12 - Discipline
Ontario Soccer Section 13 - Appeals
Any player who receives a red card (dismissal) will be immediately suspended for a duration of 1 game AND will be subject to additional discipline based on review of the incident. Players may be required to attend a disciplinary hearing either in person at the Richmond Hill Soccer Club Office or virtually via Zoom.
The use of an ineligible (unregistered) player is strictly prohibited. Captains of teams caught using an ineligible player will be brought in for discipline, and the team will also forfeit the game.
Hearings are typically scheduled on weeknight evenings between 7:00pm-9:00pm (excluding Holidays).
**PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP TO A HEARING UNLESS YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM THE RHSC WITH A HEARING DATE/TIME**
If a player or team official receives an accumulation of yellow cards, a red card, or is reported for an incident, they will be subject to discipline via their respective league (YRSL, I-Model, OPDL, League1O). Spectators are also subject to disciplinary actions.
