"Our Club has tremendous and unheralded resources in the form of our dedicated coaches, staff, Board members, volunteers and our players and parents; in an ever-changing landscape youth soccer in the Province of Ontario, dictated in part by the uncertainty of the pandemic and other health crisis, the primary goal for our Club will continue to be to be a leader in player, coach, match official and volunteer development by providing a pathway, delivered to the highest standards of excellence – that inspires a love of the game of soccer, promotes a healthy, active lifestyle and contributes to success at all levels. I am very proud of the members of this Board who volunteer their valuable time and expertise to serve the membership and customers of this Club we all love; not only does the Board represent individuals from a variety of professional expertise backgrounds, but also it represents the diversity of our Club. I have all the confidence that this group will continue to maintain RHSC’s position as a great community partner and youth soccer club."

"While totally supporting our competitive programs, one must never forget the importance of our role in the community and offering a strong House League for both youth and adults. Our entire Board is dedicated to those goals. Good governance is a critical element in the club moving forward as a progressive organization . I have long been considered the 'parliamentarian' on the Board and, hopefully, make a significant contribution to this objective. At heart we are a soccer family."

Josh has been serving on the Board of Directors for over five years as Treasurer of RHSC. Growing up, soccer was always a significant part of his life. As someone who played from a grassroots level all the way through varsity soccer at Brock University, he strongly believes that it's contributed to his growth as an individual, a team player, and a professional. It has since always been a priority of Josh's to give back to the soccer community that gave so much to him. Josh has been working as a professional accountant in the York region for over five years. He holds a CPA, CA designation. In his spare time, he loves to continue to play soccer, go for hikes with his wife and dog, spend time at the cottage, take advantage of the winter seasons by ice fishing, and is an avid golfer.
"I think I've been able to positively impact RHSC throughout my time here. The Board is only as good as the composition of the individuals volunteering their time. As such, I think I've been able to use my professional skills and knowledge and contribute ideas, lead thoughtful conversations and help guide the club through their financial decision making. I've been able to help navigate the Club financially through the difficult times of the pandemic. I've also been able to guide the club through important financial related matters which continue to allow us to provide a high level of programs to our players. Overall, my experience here has been wonderful and I feel like I've been able to be an important member of this team."
