RHSC Participating Club in Year 3 of the TELUS She CAN Coach Program

RHSC is proud to share that we will once again be participating in the TELUS She CAN Coach Program, presented by Canada Soccer! This marks our second consecutive year in the program and the third year overall of the initiative.

The TELUS She CAN Coach program is designed to support women in coaching, reduce barriers to participation, and advance gender equity in soccer. Through education, mentorship, and community support, the program empowers women to take on coaching roles and create more inclusive environments across the country.

Last year, five RHSC coaches — Julia, Mady, Maia, Triniti, and Leila — successfully earned coaching qualifications through the program. Their achievements reflect the club’s commitment to developing female leaders in sport and creating pathways for women to grow within the game.
