RHSC’s Grassroots Development Orientation Sessions provide young players and families with the opportunity to experience our development-focused training environment firsthand. These sessions are designed to introduce players to the philosophy, structure, and coaching approach of our Grassroots Development Program, while allowing our technical staff to observe players in a fun, supportive setting. RHSC is committed to creating a positive, challenging, and age-appropriate soccer experience that prioritizes long-term player development. Sessions emphasize learning through play, creativity, confidence on the ball, and enjoyment of the game.

The U13 Orientation Sessions are intended for players interested in joining the Raiders U13 Grassroots Development Pools, the club’s advanced development and competitive pathway. Players in the U13 Grassroots Program train multiple times per week with qualified and licensed coaches and represent RHSC while competing in the Ontario Player Development League (OPDL) and the York Region Soccer League (YRSL).
Participation in orientation sessions does not guarantee placement in the program. Selection is based on technical, physical, and psychological readiness, as well as overall fit within the development pathway.
